Abstract: Im Vortrag wird das Konzept der IAM in der Landesklinik St. Veit vorgestellt, das die Versorgungsqualität älterer Menschen durch den Einsatz von Advanced Practice Nurses (APNs) und neuen Therapieansätzen verbessert.

Kurzbiografie:
Sie ist diplomierte Gesundheits- & Krankenpflegerin, Pflegepädagogin, Akademische Gesundheits- und Pflegemanagerin und Advanced Practice Nurse (APN). Sie ist als Pflegeexpertin/APN senior für den akutgeriatrischen Bereich in der Landesklinik St. Veit tätig. Zudem ist sie freiberuflich als Referentin und Pflegeberaterin aktiv. Ihre Arbeitsschwerpunkte beziehen sich auf den älteren und psychisch veränderten Menschen. Aktuell ist sie im Doktoratsstudium Nursing Practice & Leadership an der Paracelsus Medizinischen Universität Salzburg.
